Modern Bubbling — an Adium Message Style

So, i’ve finally gotten off my ass, and submitted my first message style for Adium. The plan was to add a few more things to it before i released it, but that was 3 weeks ago, and i haven’t had time to work on it, so i decided to just release it in its current form cause its stable, works well, and looks nice :)

    hey man i love this xtraaaaaa is really cool! i love the reflection of the bubbles. im like a noob in creatin some xtras, and maybe i will create something cool like this

    Excellent theme, I love it. However I find it disturbing that the emoticons are not in the center of the line, if you understand what I mean. Like the text is on the bottom if the icon is too big.

    Oh, that’s weird. I just saw on your screenshots that the icons are actually not too large and fit quite perfectly into the message bubbles. How’s that? Why doesn’t it work for me? I use exactly the same emoticons…

    oh, i see what you mean… seems like either the css hasn’t loaded properly… you can try relaunching adium… if that doesn’t work, my best guess would be that you’re using Adium 0.88.9.1, which i haven’t really done any testing with myself, only friends of mine have tested it… if you are running 0.88.9.1 and relaunching doesn’t work, i’d recommend you give the 1.0 beta a try, you can get the latest public build here: http://beta.adiumx.com/.

    myself i’m running a build of the latest v1.1 source from the subversion trunk… lol :P

    ah yep, I downloaded Adium Beta right after my comment and it works fine with the beta :D
